Home concierge services are maintenance services to assure proper upkeep and care for your home on Long Island. We book and coordinate appointments, meet with service providers, and keep an eye on your home.

As home concierge professionals, we oversee your home's day-to-day upkeep and maintenance. Additionally, we manage routine services such as cleaners, maintenance, and repairs and coordinate with service providers, ensuring the home runs smoothly. We offer a more personal approach than your typical home management organization.

We typically start scheduling winter maintenance services around the last light frost in New York. This year - that is expected to fall on November 24th. We do keep an eye on the weather and adjust accordingly - keeping your preferences in mind. These services run until the end of winter - approximately in March.

We like to get all summer maintenace tasks kicked off before Memorial Day Weekend in May, such as getting the pool open and finalizing landscaping plans. Maintenance occurs throughout the season and ends in September, when pools close after Labor Day. We adjust according to your schedule.
